Excellence Playa Mujeres is a luxurious, adults-only, all-inclusive beachfront resort in the exclusive Playa Mujeres area just north of Cancun. This all-suite resort features spacious accommodations, including swim-up suites, private plunge pools, and rooftop terrace suites, along with seven swimming pools and lazy rivers, whirlpools, Jacuzzis, and a white-sand Caribbean beach. Guests can enjoy 11 restaurants and 11 bars serving international cuisine and premium beverages. Activities include kayaking, snorkeling, sailing, paddleboarding, yoga, fitness classes, tennis, pickleball, beach volleyball, and more, complemented by nightly entertainment. The full-service Miilé Spa features hydrotherapy treatments, while a state-of-the-art fitness center offers additional wellness options.
For an elevated experience, the Excellence Club includes private check-in and check-out, upgraded minibars and in-suite beverages, enhanced room service, premium amenities, and one complimentary hydrotherapy treatment per person, per stay. To participate in all of the group-related activities, secure your booking with a $1 deposit using the Book Now button that appears next to the room category of your choice once you've entered your travel dates and occupants below.
- The deposit is refundable with an e-mailed cancellation prior to November 30, 2027. Travel insurance, which is discounted and highly recommended, is always non-refundable.
- A payment in the amount of $1 per booking is due on November 01, 2027.
- The balance will automatically be drafted to the card on file on November 01, 2027.
- Changes to parties, travel dates, and room categories may be made prior to October 02, 2027. After this date, all reductions are non-refundable and all change requests will incur a $125.00 change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any bookings not paid for according to the due dates outlined above.
Shared round trip group transfers will be coordinated for you! Flights must be submitted by August 17, 2027.
- If you are flying into CUN, transfers are $0.00 per person.
- Unfortunately, Excellence has a strict structure for their payments. They charge $1 when making the reservation and no payments can be made again until 30 days prior to arrival, at which point the balance will be processed. Please be prepared to pay the full amount 30 days prior as failing to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation, the loss of your room, and the inability to obtain the discounted group rates for a new booking.
Yes! A passport is needed to fly anywhere internationally - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. - Excellence does not permit any changes after October 2, 2027. Excellence very strictly adheres to all of their policies. Therefore, all changes must be received in writing or submitted through the "Edit Reservation" button below at least 3 business days prior to October 2, 2027. Any changes requested or submitted thereafter will cause the entire reservation to lose the promo code and the group discount.
- Every reservation will receive one free round trip shared transfer per room. The transfer is free for one round trip flight itinerary only. Therefore, if guests sharing a room are arriving and/or departing on different flights, only one of the guests will receive a complimentary transfer.
- Any payments made towards bookings, except for travel insurance, are fully refundable if requested in writing to groups@barefootbridal.com at least 3 business days prior to November 30, 2027. If a cancellation request is not made in time, all moneys paid towards travel will be nonrefundable.
Travel Insurance is available for all US-based travelers and highly recommended. Rates are per person, depending on the cost of the land-only portion of your trip. Travel Insurance can be added at any point; however, in order to receive the full benefit of the travel insurance, you must add it within 14 days of booking. Otherwise, the "Cancel For Any Reason" benefit will not apply and the only benefits will be for in-travel issues (per New York State law, CFAR does not apply to any NY residents). Please note that once purchased, travel insurance is nonrefundable.
