- The deposit is refundable with an e-mailed cancellation prior to December 22, 2025. Travel insurance, which is discounted and highly recommended, is always non-refundable
- The balance will automatically be drafted to the card on file on December 22, 2025.
Changes to parties, travel dates, and room categories may be made prior to December 22, 2025. After this date, all reductions are non-refundable and all change requests will incur a $125.00 change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any bookings not paid for according to the due dates outlined above.
Private round trip group transfers will be coordinated for you! Flights must be submitted by December 10, 2025.

Yes! You can structure your payments in one of 3 ways after making a deposit:

Yes! A passport is needed to fly anywhere internationally - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. Travel Insurance is available for all US-based travelers and highly recommended. Rates are per person, depending on the cost of the land-only portion of your trip. While Travel Insurance can be added at a later time, Travel Insurance with Cancel For Any Reason coverage must be added within 10 days of booking (per New York State law, CFAR does not apply to any NY residents). Different plans with different coverages and cost are available.

Any payments made towards bookings, except for travel insurance, are fully refundable if requested in writing to groups@barefootbridal.com by 5:00pm Eastern the day before December 22, 2025. If a cancellation request is not made in time, all moneys paid towards travel will be nonrefundable.
