Located in the beautiful Mayan Riviera surrounded by a natural ecosystem complete with local animal life and indigenous gardens, on a magnificent stretch of white sand beach, is family-friendly Grand Palladium Colonial Resort Spa & Casino - All Inclusive. With Infinite Indulgence®, guests can take full advantage of the different activities, dining options and shared facilities with the other two hotels, Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa and Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa. Drop the kids off at the baby club (1-3 years old), El Ranchito mini club (4-12 years old) and the Black & White Junior Club for teens (13-18 years old). Special Group Rates have been secured with a 3-night minimum stay and rooms are in inventory until July 28, 2021 ready for you to book your stay! Please note that inventory is not live and is subject to availability. Private round trip group transfers to and from the airport will be added to your reservation for $90.00 per person for those flying together and $165.00 for those flying separately. Please note, single occupants and occupants in a shared room with separate invoices will automatically be charged the solo rate for transfers, but will receive a refund if they are on the same flights as anyone else in the group once the flight itineraries are all collected. BOOKING AND FAQ
To participate in all of the group-related activities, secure your booking with a $250.00/room deposit using the Book Now button below.
- The deposit is refundable with an e-mailed cancellation prior to July 28, 2021. Travel insurance, which is discounted and highly recommended, is always non-refundable
- The balance will automatically be drafted to the card on file on September 01, 2021.
Changes to parties, travel dates, and room categories may be made prior to July 28, 2021. After this date, all reductions are non-refundable, name changes will incur a $250 name change fee, and changes to travel dates or room categories will incur a $75 change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any bookings not paid for according to the due dates outlined above. All late payments will be assessed a $25 penalty per every 10 business days the payment is late.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes! You can structure your payments in one of 3 ways after making a deposit:
- Let the balance charge automatically on the balance due date.
- Set up a monthly auto draft by emailing groups@barefootbridal.com.
- Make payments on your own schedule at any time with the "Make a Payment" button below.
Any payments made towards bookings, except for travel insurance, are fully refundable if requested in writing to groups@barefootbridal.com by 5:00pm Eastern the day before July 28, 2021. If a cancellation request is not made in time, all moneys paid towards travel will be nonrefundable.
Travel Insurance is available for all US-based travelers and highly recommended. Rates are per person, depending on the cost of the land-only portion of your trip. Travel Insurance can be added at any point; however, in order to receive the full benefit of the travel insurance, you must add it within 14 days of booking. Otherwise, the "Cancel For Any Reason" benefit will not apply and the only benefits will be for in-travel issues (per New York State law, CFAR does not apply to any NY residents). Please note that once purchased, travel insurance is nonrefundable.
