Casa de Campo Resort & Villas in La Romana, Dominican Republic, is a luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities who relish the private gated community for its exclusive setting. World-class activities include golf, 7 outstanding restaurants, a Marina, Equestrian Center featuring Polo, Shooting Course, great shopping, and 3 private pristine white sand beaches. Every guest will have full access to Casa de Campo’s amenities including the pool, fitness center, bars, restaurants, and more.
All rooms regardless of meal plan include one 4-passenger golf cart.
All inclusive rooms include the following:
- Meals: Breakfast, lunch, two snacks, and dinner at resort restaurants listed below or room service (delivery charge extra). Some surcharges may apply. Additional meals are not included.
- Drinks: Unlimited drinks by the glass and house wine at resort’s listed restaurants, bars, lounges, and Oasis Cart. (Not included: special liquor, wine bottles, mini-bar, coffee breaks, premium bottled water, specialty cognacs & liqueurs).
- Sports: Unlimited non-motorized sports at Minitas Beach (kayak, paddleboarding, snorkeling gear, etc.).
- Horseback Riding: Unlimited horseback riding (reservations required).
- Fitness and Tennis: Unlimited use of the fitness center and tennis courts (personal trainers available for an additional charge).
- Shooting Experience: Twenty-five shots of skeet/trap at the shooting center (one time per adult during stay).

To participate in all of the group-related activities, secure your booking with a $100.00 deposit using the Book Now button that appears next to the room category of your choice once you've entered your travel dates and occupants below.
- The deposit is refundable with an e-mailed cancellation prior to May 14, 2026. Travel insurance, which is discounted and highly recommended, is always non-refundable
- A payment in the amount of 65% per booking is due on May 14, 2026.
- The balance will automatically be drafted to the card on file on July 02, 2026.
Changes to parties, travel dates, and room categories may be made prior to July 02, 2026. After this date, all reductions are non-refundable and all change requests will incur a $125.00 change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any bookings not paid for according to the due dates outlined above.
Private round trip group transfers will be coordinated for you! Flights must be submitted by September 29, 2026.
- If you are flying into PUJ, transfers are $145.00 per person for those flying together and $285.00 for those flying separately.
Please note, single occupants and occupants in a shared room with separate invoices will automatically be charged the solo rate for transfers, but will receive a refund if they are on the same flights as anyone else in the group once the flight itineraries are all collected.
Yes! You can structure your payments in one of 3 ways after making a deposit:
- Let the balance charge automatically on the balance due date.
- Set up a monthly auto draft by emailing groups@barefootbridal.com.
- Make payments on your own schedule at any time with the "Make a Payment" button below.
Yes! A passport is needed to fly anywhere internationally - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. Yes, you can opt out of transfers. Email groups@barefootbridal.com and let them know, or specify under special requests when booking.
Travel Insurance is available for all US-based travelers and highly recommended. Rates are per person, depending on the cost of the land-only portion of your trip. Travel Insurance can be added at any point until the reservation is paid in full; however, in order to receive the full benefit of the travel insurance, you must add it within 14 days of booking. Otherwise, the "Cancel For Any Reason" benefit will not apply and the only benefits will be for in-travel issues (per New York State law, CFAR does not apply to any NY residents). Please note that once purchased, travel insurance is nonrefundable.

Any payments made towards bookings, except for travel insurance, are fully refundable if requested in writing to groups@barefootbridal.com by 5:00pm Eastern the day before May 14, 2026. If a cancellation request is not made in time, all moneys paid towards travel will be nonrefundable.
