To participate in all of the group-related activities, secure your booking by submitting a request for a quote using the Search Accommodation feature below. Once you receive a quote via email, you will have the ability to accept the quote and confirm your reservation with the deposit amount reflected on your quote.
- The deposit is refundable with an emailed cancellation prior to January 07, 2026.
- Travel Insurance is available and highly recommended, but fully non-refundable.
- The balance will automatically be drafted to the card on file on January 07, 2026.
- Changes to parties, travel dates, and room categories will always result in an entirely new price quote and may not reflect the same nightly rate you initially received. Changes must be made prior to November 09, 2025. Any changes made thereafter may be non-refundable, rejected by the hotel, and/or subjected to a $125.00 change fee.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel any bookings not paid for according to the due dates outlined above.
Private round trip group transfers will be coordinated for you! Flights must be submitted by April 13, 2026.
- If you are flying into CUN, transfers are $0.00 per person.
Yes! You can structure your payments in one of 3 ways after making a deposit:
- Let the balance charge automatically on the balance due date.
- Set up a monthly auto draft by emailing groups@barefootbridal.com.
- Make payments on your own schedule at any time with the "Make a Payment" button below.
Yes! A passport is needed to fly anywhere internationally - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. Travel Insurance is available for all US-based travelers and highly recommended. Rates are per person, depending on the cost of the land-only portion of your trip. Travel Insurance can be added at any point until the reservation is paid in full; however, in order to receive the full benefit of the travel insurance, you must add it within 14 days of booking. Otherwise, the "Cancel For Any Reason" benefit will not apply and the only benefits will be for in-travel issues (per New York State law, CFAR does not apply to any NY residents). Please note that once purchased, travel insurance is nonrefundable.

Any payments made towards bookings, except for travel insurance, are fully refundable if requested in writing to groups@barefootbridal.com by 5:00pm Eastern the day before January 07, 2026. If a cancellation request is not made in time, all moneys paid towards travel will be nonrefundable.
