Excellence Riviera Cancun is an adults-only, all-inclusive resort set along the white sands of Mexico’s Riviera Maya. The property features six pools, three whirlpools, and a swim-up bar, as well as access to a wide variety of land and water activities such as kayaking, snorkeling, paddleboarding, fitness classes, dance lessons, cooking classes, beach sports, tennis, and more. Guests can also enjoy daily and nightly entertainment, including live shows, musical performances, and themed nights.
The resort offers 10 international restaurants and numerous bars and lounges, with everything from poolside cocktails to cigar and cognac pairings. Accommodations are all-suite and include features such as a stocked minibar refreshed daily, with Excellence Club suites providing additional perks like private check-in, exclusive lounge, pool, and beach areas, upgraded in-room amenities, and daily in-suite treats.

To participate in all of the group-related activities, secure your booking with a $1.00 deposit using the Book Now button that appears next to the room category of your choice once you've entered your travel dates and occupants below.
- The deposit is refundable with an e-mailed cancellation prior to September 08, 2025. Travel insurance, which is discounted and highly recommended, is always non-refundable
- The balance will automatically be drafted to the card on file on October 20, 2025.
Changes to parties, travel dates, and room categories may be made prior to September 08, 2025. After this date, all reductions are non-refundable and all change requests will incur a $75.00 change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any bookings not paid for according to the due dates outlined above.
Private round trip group transfers will be coordinated for you! Flights must be submitted by October 12, 2025.
- If you are flying into CUN, transfers are $75.00 per person for those flying together and $145.00 for those flying separately.
Please note, single occupants and occupants in a shared room with separate invoices will automatically be charged the solo rate for transfers, but will receive a refund if they are on the same flights as anyone else in the group once the flight itineraries are all collected.
Unfortunately, Excellence has a strict structure for their payments. They charge $1 when making the reservation and no payments can be made again until 30 days prior to arrival, at which point the balance will be processed. Please be prepared to pay the full amount 30 days prior as failing to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation, the loss of your room, and the inability to obtain the discounted group rates for a new booking.
Yes! A passport is needed to fly anywhere internationally - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. Travel Insurance is available for all US-based travelers and highly recommended. Rates are per person, depending on the cost of the land-only portion of your trip. Travel Insurance can be added at any point; however, in order to receive the full benefit of the travel insurance, you must add it within 14 days of booking. Otherwise, the "Cancel For Any Reason" benefit will not apply and the only benefits will be for in-travel issues (per New York State law, CFAR does not apply to any NY residents). Please note that once purchased, travel insurance is nonrefundable.

Any payments made towards bookings, except for travel insurance, are fully refundable if requested in writing to groups@barefootbridal.com by 5:00pm Eastern the day before September 08, 2025. If a cancellation request is not made in time, all moneys paid towards travel will be nonrefundable.
