Hideaway at Royalton Punta Cana is a luxurious adults-only, all-inclusive beachfront retreat on the shores of Bávaro Beach, offering a sophisticated resort-within-a-resort experience. Guests enjoy elegant accommodations featuring the signature Royalton DreamBed™, rain showers, furnished balconies or terraces, daily stocked minibars, and 24-hour room service. Dining includes nine restaurants and multiple bars serving global cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and both buffet and à la carte options. Days are filled with beachside relaxation, yoga, and water sports, while evenings feature mixology classes, live entertainment, and sunset experiences. To participate in all of the group-related activities, secure your booking with a $100 deposit using the Book Now button that appears next to the room category of your choice once you've entered your travel dates and occupants below.
- The deposit is refundable with an e-mailed cancellation prior to June 04, 2026. Travel insurance, which is discounted and highly recommended, is always non-refundable.
- The balance will automatically be drafted to the card on file on June 04, 2026.
- Changes to parties, travel dates, and room categories may be made prior to May 26, 2026. After this date, all reductions are non-refundable and all change requests will incur a $125.00 change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any bookings not paid for according to the due dates outlined above.
Private round trip group transfers will be coordinated for you! Flights must be submitted by July 15, 2026.

Yes! You can structure your payments in one of 3 ways after making a deposit:
- Let the balance charge automatically on the balance due date.
- Set up a monthly auto draft by emailing groups@barefootbridal.com.
- Make payments on your own schedule at any time with the "Make a Payment" button below.
Yes! A passport is needed to fly anywhere internationally - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. Travel Insurance is available for all US-based travelers and highly recommended. Rates are per person, depending on the cost of the land-only portion of your trip. Travel Insurance can be added at any point until the reservation is paid in full; however, in order to receive the full benefit of the travel insurance, you must add it within 14 days of booking. Otherwise, the "Cancel For Any Reason" benefit will not apply and the only benefits will be for in-travel issues (per New York State law, CFAR does not apply to any NY residents). Please note that once purchased, travel insurance is nonrefundable.

Any payments made towards bookings, except for travel insurance, are fully refundable if requested in writing to groups@barefootbridal.com by 5:00pm Eastern the day before June 04, 2026. If a cancellation request is not made in time, all moneys paid towards travel will be nonrefundable.
