To participate in all of the group-related activities, secure your booking with a $100.00 deposit using the Book Now button that appears next to the room category of your choice once you've entered your travel dates and occupants below.
- The deposit is refundable with an e-mailed cancellation prior to January 14, 2026. Travel insurance, which is discounted and highly recommended, is always non-refundable
- The balance will automatically be drafted to the card on file on January 14, 2026.
Changes to parties, travel dates, and room categories may be made prior to January 14, 2026. After this date, all reductions are non-refundable and all change requests will incur a $125.00 change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any bookings not paid for according to the due dates outlined above.
Private round trip group transfers will be coordinated for you! Flights must be submitted by March 04, 2026.
- If you are flying into PUJ, transfers are $45.00 per person for those flying together and $90.00 for those flying separately.
Please note, single occupants and occupants in a shared room with separate invoices will automatically be charged the solo rate for transfers, but will receive a refund if they are on the same flights as anyone else in the group once the flight itineraries are all collected.

Yes! A passport is needed to fly anywhere internationally - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. Travel Insurance is available for all US-based travelers and highly recommended. Rates are per person, depending on the cost of the land-only portion of your trip. Travel Insurance can be added at any point until the reservation is paid in full; however, in order to receive the full benefit of the travel insurance, you must add it within 14 days of booking. Otherwise, the "Cancel For Any Reason" benefit will not apply and the only benefits will be for in-travel issues (per New York State law, CFAR does not apply to any NY residents). Please note that once purchased, travel insurance is nonrefundable.

Any payments made towards bookings, except for travel insurance, are fully refundable if requested in writing to groups@barefootbridal.com by 5:00pm Eastern the day before January 14, 2026. If a cancellation request is not made in time, all moneys paid towards travel will be nonrefundable.
