Our 1000 sq. ft. One Bedroom Suites with a Jacuzzi accommodate up to 4 people. These rooms have a lounge separate from the main bedroom, a bathtub and 1 king-size or 2 queen-size beds. They feature an outdoor jacuzzi and a view of the pool.

BOOKING AND FAQ
To participate in all of the group-related activities, secure your booking with a $100.00/room deposit using the Book Now button below.
- The deposit is refundable with an e-mailed cancellation prior to March 22, 2022. Travel insurance, which is discounted and highly recommended, is always non-refundable
- The balance will automatically be drafted to the card on file on March 22, 2022.
Changes to parties, travel dates, and room categories may be made prior to March 22, 2022. After this date, all reductions are non-refundable, name changes will incur a $250 name change fee, and changes to travel dates or room categories will incur a $75 change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any bookings not paid for according to the due dates outlined above. All late payments will be assessed a $25 penalty per every 10 business days the payment is late.

Yes! You can structure your payments in one of 3 ways after making a deposit:
- Let the balance charge automatically on the balance due date.
- Set up a monthly auto draft by emailing groups@barefootbridal.com.
- Make payments on your own schedule at any time with the "Make a Payment" button below.
Any payments made towards bookings, except for travel insurance, are fully refundable if requested in writing to groups@barefootbridal.com by 5:00pm Eastern the day before March 22, 2022. If a cancellation request is not made in time, all moneys paid towards travel will be nonrefundable.
Travel Insurance is available for all US-based travelers and highly recommended. Rates are per person, depending on the cost of the land-only portion of your trip. Travel Insurance can be added at any point; however, in order to receive the full benefit of the travel insurance, you must add it within 14 days of booking. Otherwise, the "Cancel For Any Reason" benefit will not apply and the only benefits will be for in-travel issues (per New York State law, CFAR does not apply to any NY residents). Please note that once purchased, travel insurance is nonrefundable.
