ACCOMMODATIONS
Casa de Campo Resort & Villas in La Romana, Dominican Republic, is a luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities who relish the private gated community for its exclusive setting. World-class activities include golf, 7 outstanding restaurants, a Marina, Equestrian Center featuring Polo, Shooting Course, great shopping, and 3 private pristine white sand beaches. Every guest will have full access to Casa de Campo’s amenities including the pool, fitness center, bars, restaurants, and more.
All inclusive rooms include the following:
- Accommodations: Includes one 4-passenger touring cart.
- Meals: Breakfast, lunch, two snacks, and dinner at resort restaurants listed below or room service (delivery charge extra). Some surcharges may apply. Additional meals are not included.
- Room Service: Daily unlimited room service (delivery fee applies) plus all daily snacks and beverages.
- Drinks: Unlimited drinks by the glass and house wine at resort’s listed restaurants, bars, lounges, and Oasis Cart. (Not included: special liquor, wine bottles, mini-bar, coffee breaks, premium bottled water, specialty cognacs & liqueurs).
- Sports: Unlimited non-motorized sports at Minitas Beach (kayak, paddleboarding, snorkeling gear, etc.).
- Horseback Riding: Unlimited horseback riding (reservations required).
- Fitness and Tennis: Unlimited use of the fitness center and tennis courts (personal trainers available for an additional charge).
- Shooting Experience: Twenty-five shots of skeet/trap at the shooting center (one time per adult during stay).
- Internet: Wireless internet in the room.
- Concierge Service: Assistance with reservations and personal requests.

Outside, a covered patio offers shade from the warm Caribbean sun that shines year-round, while the pool and whirlpool tub are the perfect spot for a refreshing dip. All Inclusive.

BOOKING AND FAQ
To participate in all of the group-related activities, secure your booking with a $100.00/room deposit using the Book Now button below.
- The deposit is refundable with an e-mailed cancellation prior to July 12, 2024. Travel insurance, which is discounted and highly recommended, is always non-refundable
- The balance will automatically be drafted to the card on file on July 12, 2024.
Changes to parties, travel dates, and room categories may be made prior to July 12, 2024. After this date, all reductions are non-refundable, name changes will incur a $250 name change fee, and changes to travel dates or room categories will incur a $75 change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any bookings not paid for according to the due dates outlined above. All late payments will be assessed a $25 penalty per every 10 business days the payment is late.

Yes! You can structure your payments in one of 3 ways after making a deposit:
- Let the balance charge automatically on the balance due date.
- Set up a monthly auto draft by emailing groups@barefootbridal.com.
- Make payments on your own schedule at any time with the "Make a Payment" button below.
Any payments made towards bookings, except for travel insurance, are fully refundable if requested in writing to groups@barefootbridal.com by 5:00pm Eastern the day before July 12, 2024. If a cancellation request is not made in time, all moneys paid towards travel will be nonrefundable.
Travel Insurance is available for all US-based travelers and highly recommended. Rates are per person, depending on the cost of the land-only portion of your trip. Travel Insurance can be added at any point; however, in order to receive the full benefit of the travel insurance, you must add it within 10 days of booking. Otherwise, the "Cancel For Any Reason" benefit will not apply and the only benefits will be for in-travel issues (per New York State law, CFAR does not apply to any NY residents). Please note that once purchased, travel insurance is nonrefundable.
