Upgrade to The Reserve for an Adults Only VIP experience. Start your vacation with a welcome drink and refreshing towel while you enjoy your VIP check-in at the Reserve Lounge with appetizers, Nespresso coffee station, and cookies and treats for children. Receive personalized concierge service, assistance with priority reservations for activities and restaurants, oversized suites with luxury amenities, and access to a private pool and separate beach area for Reserve guests only. Dine at a Reserve guests only restaurant, participate in exclusive activities like BBQ Glamping, enjoy a personalized and upgraded in suite minibar selection, and a catamaran trip to a secluded beach with a yoga class and a delicious local meal.
Special Group Rates have been secured with a 3-night minimum stay and rooms are in inventory until November 21, 2024 ready for you to book your stay! Please note that inventory is not live and is subject to availability. Additional categories may also be available; email groups@barefootbridal.com if you're interested in a room category not listed below.
To participate in all of the group-related activities, secure your booking with a $100.00/room deposit using the Book Now button that appears next to the room category of your choice once you've entered your travel dates and occupants below.
- The deposit is refundable with an e-mailed cancellation prior to November 21, 2024. Travel insurance, which is discounted and highly recommended, is always non-refundable
- The balance will automatically be drafted to the card on file on November 21, 2024.
Changes to parties, travel dates, and room categories may be made prior to November 21, 2024. After this date, all reductions are non-refundable and all change requests will incur a $75 change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any bookings not paid for according to the due dates outlined above.
Private round trip group transfers will be coordinated for you! Flights must be submitted by January 21, 2025.
- If you are flying into PUJ, transfers are $40.00 per person for those flying together and $75.00 for those flying separately.
Please note, single occupants and occupants in a shared room with separate invoices will automatically be charged the solo rate for transfers, but will receive a refund if they are on the same flights as anyone else in the group once the flight itineraries are all collected.
Transfers are automatically added to your reservation. If you wish to secure your own transportation, please email groups@barefootbridal.com to remove the transfers from your invoice.
Yes! You can structure your payments in one of 3 ways after making a deposit:
- Let the balance charge automatically on the balance due date.
- Set up a monthly auto draft by emailing groups@barefootbridal.com.
- Make payments on your own schedule at any time with the "Make a Payment" button below.
Any payments made towards bookings, except for travel insurance, are fully refundable if requested in writing to groups@barefootbridal.com by 5:00pm Eastern the day before November 21, 2024. If a cancellation request is not made in time, all moneys paid towards travel will be nonrefundable.
Travel Insurance is available for all US-based travelers and highly recommended. Rates are per person, depending on the cost of the land-only portion of your trip. Travel Insurance can be added at any point; however, in order to receive the full benefit of the travel insurance, you must add it within 10 days of booking. Otherwise, the "Cancel For Any Reason" benefit will not apply and the only benefits will be for in-travel issues (per New York State law, CFAR does not apply to any NY residents). Please note that once purchased, travel insurance is nonrefundable.
