    Run of the House

    You'll receive a standard room type at the hotel's discretion based on availability at check-in, not a specific room or category. Here's a more detailed explanation: "Run of the House" (ROH) Definition: This term signifies that the hotel will assign you a standard room type upon check-in, based on what's available at that time. No Guarantee of Specific Room: You won't be assigned a specific room type or view when you book a ROH room. The hotel will determine the room based on availability. Standard Room Amenities: A ROH room typically features the basic amenities of a standard room category, such as a bed, bathroom, and possibly a TV and Wi-Fi.

    • $397.00/night per person for 1 in a room.
    • $200.00/night per person for 2 in a room.

To participate in all of the group-related activities, secure your booking with a $100.00 deposit using the Book Now button that appears next to the room category of your choice once you've entered your travel dates and occupants below.

  • The deposit is refundable with an e-mailed cancellation prior to August 13, 2025. Travel insurance, which is discounted and highly recommended, is always non-refundable
  • The balance will automatically be drafted to the card on file on August 13, 2025.

Changes to parties, travel dates, and room categories may be made prior to August 13, 2025. After this date, all reductions are non-refundable and all change requests will incur a $125.00 change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any bookings not paid for according to the due dates outlined above.

Private round trip group transfers will be coordinated for you! Flights must be submitted by September 24, 2025.

  • If you are flying into CUN, transfers are $90.00 per person.

Transfers are automatically added to your reservation. If you wish to secure your own transportation, please email groups@barefootbridal.com to remove the transfers from your invoice.

CAN I SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN?

Yes! You can structure your payments in one of 3 ways after making a deposit:

  • Let the balance charge automatically on the balance due date.
  • Set up a monthly auto draft by emailing groups@barefootbridal.com.
  • Make payments on your own schedule at any time with the "Make a Payment" button below.
WILL I NEED A PASSPORT?

Yes! A passport is needed to fly anywhere internationally - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. IS TRAVEL INSURANCE AVAILABLE?

Travel Insurance is available for all US-based travelers and highly recommended. Rates are per person, depending on the cost of the land-only portion of your trip. Travel Insurance can be added at any point until the reservation is paid in full; however, in order to receive the full benefit of the travel insurance, you must add it within 14 days of booking. Otherwise, the "Cancel For Any Reason" benefit will not apply and the only benefits will be for in-travel issues (per New York State law, CFAR does not apply to any NY residents). Please note that once purchased, travel insurance is nonrefundable.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Any payments made towards bookings, except for travel insurance, are fully refundable if requested in writing to groups@barefootbridal.com by 5:00pm Eastern the day before August 13, 2025. If a cancellation request is not made in time, all moneys paid towards travel will be nonrefundable.
