Garza Blanca Preserve is a family-friendly, all-inclusive beachfront resort in Puerto Vallarta, offering a luxurious setting surrounded by jungle and ocean views. Guests can enjoy three gourmet restaurants serving Mexican cuisine, premium steaks, and fresh seafood, complemented by two snack bars and personalized room service. The resort features three outdoor infinity pools with jacuzzies, a world-class spa with hydrotherapy circuit, an ocean view gym with state-of-the-art equipment, hiking trails, and an outdoor tennis court. Daily land and water activities include kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, and guided jungle hikes, while children ages 4–12 can enjoy creative supervised activities at the Kids’ Club. All ocean view suites include a stocked minibar, and pool concierge services ensure a seamless luxury experience for every guest.

To participate in all of the group-related activities, secure your booking with a 100% deposit using the Book Now button that appears next to the room category of your choice once you've entered your travel dates and occupants below.
- The deposit is refundable with an e-mailed cancellation prior to August 08, 2025. Travel insurance, which is discounted and highly recommended, is always non-refundable.
- A payment in the amount of 2-nights per booking is due on August 08, 2025.
- The balance will automatically be drafted to the card on file on November 07, 2025.
- Changes to parties, travel dates, and room categories may be made prior to November 07, 2025. After this date, all reductions are non-refundable and all change requests will incur a $125.00 change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any bookings not paid for according to the due dates outlined above.
Private round trip group transfers will be coordinated for you! Flights must be submitted by January 24, 2026.
- If you are flying into PVR, transfers are $85.00 per person.
Yes! You can structure your payments in one of 3 ways after making a deposit:
- Let the balance charge automatically on the balance due date.
- Set up a monthly auto draft by emailing groups@barefootbridal.com.
- Make payments on your own schedule at any time with the "Make a Payment" button below.
Yes! A passport is needed to fly anywhere internationally - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. Travel Insurance is available for all US-based travelers and highly recommended. Rates are per person, depending on the cost of the land-only portion of your trip. Travel Insurance can be added at any point until the reservation is paid in full; however, in order to receive the full benefit of the travel insurance, you must add it within 14 days of booking. Otherwise, the "Cancel For Any Reason" benefit will not apply and the only benefits will be for in-travel issues (per New York State law, CFAR does not apply to any NY residents). Please note that once purchased, travel insurance is nonrefundable.

Any payments made towards bookings, except for travel insurance, are fully refundable if requested in writing to groups@barefootbridal.com by 5:00pm Eastern the day before August 08, 2025. If a cancellation request is not made in time, all moneys paid towards travel will be nonrefundable.
