Barceló Maya Caribe is a family-friendly, all-inclusive beachfront resort in the Riviera Maya, featuring 414 spacious rooms and suites, including Premium Level oceanfront and swim-up options with furnished balconies and daily refreshed mini-bars. The resort offers exceptional dining with a grill-style restaurant, an à la carte option, and a buffet, plus the option to enjoy brunch or poolside snacks. Guests also have access to 22 restaurants across the complex, including 6 buffets, 5 seafront grills, and 11 à la carte options. To participate in all of the group-related activities, secure your booking with a 25% deposit using the Book Now button that appears next to the room category of your choice once you've entered your travel dates and occupants below.
- The deposit is refundable with an e-mailed cancellation prior to December 04, 2025. Travel insurance, which is discounted and highly recommended, is always non-refundable.
- A payment in the amount of 25% per booking is due on December 04, 2025.
- A payment in the amount of 50% per booking is due on January 02, 2026.
- The balance will automatically be drafted to the card on file on January 28, 2026.
- Changes to parties, travel dates, and room categories may be made prior to January 28, 2026. After this date, all reductions are non-refundable and all change requests will incur a $125.00 change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any bookings not paid for according to the due dates outlined above.
Yes! You can structure your payments in one of 3 ways after making a deposit:
- Let the balance charge automatically on the balance due date.
- Set up a monthly auto draft by emailing groups@barefootbridal.com.
- Make payments on your own schedule at any time with the "Make a Payment" button below.
Yes! A passport is needed to fly anywhere internationally - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. Yes! We can help book flights, but please note that we do not receive better flight pricing than what you see online and some of the suppliers we use for flights charge small ticketing fees (between $25-50). If you'd like help with flights, please email groups@barefootbridal.com with your names (exactly as they appear on your passports), dates of birth, travel dates, and departure gateway for a price quote.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, regardless of where you purchase it from! We would love for you to protect your reservation and you can do so by purchasing travel insurance directly with other providers or checking with your credit card company to see if they offer any travel protection, as well.
Travel Insurance is available for all US-based travelers and highly recommended. Rates are per person, depending on the cost of the land-only portion of your trip. Travel Insurance can be added at any point until the reservation is paid in full; however, in order to receive the full benefit of the travel insurance, you must add it within 14 days of booking. Otherwise, the "Cancel For Any Reason" benefit will not apply and the only benefits will be for in-travel issues (per New York State law, CFAR does not apply to any NY residents). Please note that once purchased, travel insurance is nonrefundable.

Any payments made towards bookings, except for travel insurance, are fully refundable if requested in writing to groups@barefootbridal.com by 5:00pm Eastern the day before December 04, 2025. If a cancellation request is not made in time, all moneys paid towards travel will be nonrefundable.
